At the most recent school board meeting we had 4 amazing members speak about the need for elective class size caps and the realities of English Learner (EL) education in the district. What’s better, is that then District personnel gave a presentation on the EL programs in the district, and school board members pushed back on the presentation because of testimonials that our teachers had given just minutes before.
